Here are some simple remedies that you can try.

1.) The use of ice is one of the most recommended treatment of tennis elbow. Wrap a couple of ice cubes over a piece of cloth or if you happen to have an ice pack then the better. Just place it over the swollen areas for about two to three minutes per day and you can gradually bring down the swelling.

2.) Take ibuprofen since it can also reduce the swelling and it can help you cope with the pain as well.
